(Maybe this person just forgets to drop off the rent.) Gun shots in the middle of the night? I have not heard one gunshot since I have lived here, the only noise I do hear is sometimes the firetruck or ambulance on the main road. Now for the checks missing issue, when I drop off my checks to the office for rent, they always ask me if I need a copy for my records, so no problem there. Huge pest problem? Management has a company that comes once a month and sprays for pests, since I have been here I have only seen one spider inside, so no not a problem here.
